Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing construction of Pulp mill in Vologda area, Russia
• Development of an optimal scheme and strategy for the implementation of the design and construction and installation work on the project
• Planning budget  and schedule of design and construction works
• Development of technical and commercial terms and conditions for the main design tenders 
• Execution of tenders
• General management of design and construction
• General control of planning, implementation and completion of design and construction.
• Making the key decisions regarding design and construction
• Preparing reports to management and management committee on the progress of the design and construction of the project
• Budget for the design and construction is up to 800$ million
• Up to 7,000 people on the site
• Key KPIs: budget execution and construction schedule, high quality construction work

Requirements

Requirements

• Relevant ?Bachelor’s or Master's degree
• Experience as a construction manager of industrial project with a budget of more than $ 500 million 
• Previous successful experience as a construction manager in Russia 
• Fluent English, Russian is an asset
• Previous experience for the projects in wood industry is an asset. 
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience
