Store Manager – Quinn Pumps
Product Line/Sub Product Line – RLS – Lufkin Downhole Pumps
Role Summary/Purpose
The Store Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for an area or business segment. IN this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage store operations (Complete inspections, pay bills, filling out forms)
• Communicate with existing customers and develop new accounts
• Provide support via telephone when out of office (including after-hours calls)
• Supervise the daily activities of employees, contractors and ensure that manpower and equipment utilization is done in a cost-effective manner while remaining compliant with company policies and regulatory bodies
• Responsible for effectively assigning work to employees based on their skill level
• Work with individuals at all levels of the organization to motivate for results and development
• Conduct regular Job Performance Evaluations of staffing reporting into that position
• Provide leadership in problem resolution, resource utilization and career coaching
• Interview and hire candidates for your location with the assistance of the recruiting and HR teams
• Ensure adequate training is completed for the team to be successful
• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting for production planning
• Responsible for maintaining Quality System and Safety Program at the store level
• Responsible for Store Operation of Sales and Expense Budgets
• Minimum weekly participation in Observation Card reporting program and strong alignment with 5 fundamentals
• Ensure weekly participation in Observation program to all employees that report into the position
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service position
• At least 3 additional years of experience in a customer service role
• Managerial skills
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Must be available for on call duties if required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel as required
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located

• Ability to work with multiple and competing priorities in a fast- paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Ability to work within a matrixed business environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
