Road Operation and Maintenance Expert (Key Expert): India

We are seeking a Operation and Maintenance Expert specialist for a JICA funded project in India.

Opportunity:

My client is a leading International consultancy firm who have been shortlisted for an upcoming bypass construction project.

Short and Intermittent time in country is on offer with this opportunity.

Responsibilities on the project:

The successful individual shall be required to advise and supervise the construction of 20km long and 4-lane expressway, including toll collection system and facility and ITS facility. Ahead of and during the construction phase they shall be required to advise on the future operation and maintenance schedules for the scheme.

Other tasks shall include the selection of equipment and tools for expressway O&M, layout of road management facility, estimate of annual road operation and maintenance cost.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified in civil/electrical/ electronics/system/ traffic engineering (preferably with post graduate)
• 5 yrs in Operation & Maintenance field of highway
• 3 yrs working experience of any O&M related organization
• Previous JICA or Donor Funded experience.
• Regional Experience

English

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer shall be around $10-12,000 per month
