Description

• Ensure that all work is executed in a diligent and safe manner in compliance with the Management System associated with working procedures, and relevant national and international codes and standards.

• Provide input to continuous improvement of procedures and processes.

• Interpret work scope requirements and demonstrate the ability to recognize potential

• Participate in the projects and performs Process engineering tasks

• Participate in both internal and external audits.

• Demonstrate familiarity and knowledge of necessary safety practices, design criteria and technical standards.

• To provide discipline technical participation in Design Reviews, HAZIDs and HAZOPs.

• Responsibility for improvement / development of internal procedures

• Provide Process input in to proposals including scope definition, man hour estimates and schedule development.

• Performing engineering calculations, sizing, selecting, and writing specifications for equipment and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Process engineering experience within the Norwegian sector

• At least a couple of years’ experience within mechanical or piping engineering as well as strong process knowledge.

• Ideally the candidate will have previous experience within a drilling environment
