KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts, amendments, and terminations (MSA’s, PSA)
- Demonstrate and maintain strong professional knowledge of contracting, negotiating, in both legal and commercial realms
- Support and lead lifecycle contract activities while continuously improving, evaluating and analyzing commercial and legal risks
- Ensure quality control tender documents for services, review technical and commercial bids leading to establishment of suitable contracts
- Conduct Pre and Post Bid clarification and evaluation meetings to resolve all technical and contractual and commercial queries and demonstrate safety culture
- Understand and utilize contracting policies and procedures; Assist with the development of additional contract procedures and continually strive to improve effectiveness of the contract function.
- Maintain proper filing of records for various audit purposes
- Process Orders for Services within the Company Procure to Pay System
- Coordinate with internal customers to resolve supplier and internal business issues
- Work as a team in achieving the Supply Chain Departments objectives
- Perform other relevant functions in the Contracts Department as assigned by the Sr. Contracts Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in contract management environment within the oil and gas industry
- Midstream knowledge a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Should have good PC skills to include all MS Office products.
- Must possess sound reasoning skills and be able to multi-task and maintain focus while sometimes working in high pressure situations.
- Sound organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and identify creative solutions to complex problems
