Senior Project Manager / England

A well-known regional main contractor is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (No.1 on site) to lead a £18,000,000, 3x RC Frame block with major environmental upgrade in the Tottenham area.

This role would suit an experienced professional who is able to take a project from start to finish with minimal direction. You will be leading the project from day one, reporting in to a visiting Operations Manager, you would be able to mould your team and manage to your desires. The role would include duties such as, managing sub-contractors, health and safety and client liaison.

With this project being £18,000,000 this role would suit someone who has experience with housing/mixed use projects in and around this value. You would have direct reports on site from Site Manager’s through to Foreman. Due to the company’s growth plans, opportunities to progress will be available in the future.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Experience in leading similar schemes.
• Experience working for a main contractor on Residential or Social Housing projects.

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to construction
