HR Superintendent / Talent Acquisition / Senegal

We are looking for a HR Superintendent for a global corporation that is currently developing a mine project in West Africa.
The role of the HR Superintendent is to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Profile :
- Bilingual French/ English
- Demonstrated experience in HR, including employee relations, training & development, compensation, recruitment and management experience
- Previous experience working in the mining Industry across Africa countries.
- Building project plan /set clearly employee structure.
- Strong multitasking individual able to prioritise tasks as multiple projects ongoing.
