An experienced Flow Assurance Engineer is required full time to follow-up the FEED Design Competition with 3 EPC Contractor Alliances and to follow-up the Basic Engineering for FPSO integration.
Activities
- Clarify to EPC CTR Alliances the Process/FA design basis and requirements from THE CLIENT, the expected Scope Of Work.
- Clarify to FPSO BE CTR the Process design basis and requirements from THE CLIENT, the expected Scope Of Work.
- Update and Freeze the technical interfaces data between UFR/SPS and FPSO for Process and Flow Assurance part.
- Comment all UFR/SPS documents with Process/FA interface. Make sure the comments are understood and captured by Alliances. Lead the document review for Process/FA document.
- Comment all FPSO documents with Process/FA interface. Make sure that the comments are understood and captured by FPSO BE CTR. Lead the document review for Process/FA document.
- Participate to technical meetings/workshops where Process/FA is involved. Meetings/workshops with other disciplines on THE CLIENT side or Alliance/CTR side, with Affiliate, with Partners.
- Keep FEED Engineering Manager informed of his activity, progress, issues.
- Answer to clarifications from Alliances and FPSO BE CTR on Process/FA.
- Write Derogation Requests on Process/FA if any.
- Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for Process/FA discipline.
- Prepare PR1 documents and answer to findings for Process/FA discipline.
- Be the Focal point with Head Offices DW Product Line for any technical support that may be required from Head Offices in Process/FA.
Requirements
Extensive experience on Contractor Side or Company Side in Flow Assurance thermohydraulic studies
Good experience in FEED or EPC Engineering Dossier development as Flow Assurance Engineer
Good knowledge of thermohydraulic modelisation for multiphase flow
Good knowledge of physicochemistry, thermodynamics for hydrocarbon fluids
Good knowledge of technologies available for subsea systems, flowlines and risers
Good knowledge of Engineering work practices during FEED
Capacity to work in a Team, autonomy, reliability, accountable on his work
