Technical Manager / England

One of London’s leading developers, who in the past have been voted one of the most desirable companies to work for, are looking for a Technical Manager for a site based permanent role. This project is a smaller, bespoke project compared to those that the business normally delivers. It is 9 high specification units in the thriving Chiswick area.

From this project, you will then join a larger project in the Brentford area. You will be reporting in to a Senior Technical Manager on a 400-unit phase that also includes a new Tesco superstore and significant infrastructure works.

This role would suit a person who is comfortable leading a smaller development as the sole technical point of contact but then also has the desire to get involved in a major, challenging scheme.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working for a large Main Contractor or Developer on large projects, Developer preferred
• The ability to work on your own initiative.
• Experience as a Technical Manager or vast experience at Technical Coordinator level and ready to step up.
• The ability to manage information from an audit point of view.

It is desirable to have;

• Construction related further education.
• Design and Build experience
