Mechanical Supervisor (Generator) - Hydro Rehabilitation Project - Democratic Republic of the Congo

My client is urgently seeking Turbine Supervisor for a Hydropower Rehabilitation project in Congo (Francis Turbines). Previous Hydropower experience is going to be essential. More specifically strong experience with erection supervision is needed. There are four 65MW units to be overhauled and works also include rehabilitation of the balance of plant and also to supply hydro- mechanical equipment.

To confirm my client is looking for a Turbine Supervisor requirements below:

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Francis Turbine Experience
• Experience working on site
• Erection and installing experience (essential)
• Africa Regional experience (beneficial)
• French speaking is essential

Location: Republic Democratic of Congo

Start Date: May 2019

Project length: 18 Month Contract

Salary: 8,000+ euros per month
