One of the leading construction organisations in Azerbaijan who require a Project Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of high-profile, $multi-million mixed-use project in this thriving location.

Heavily influenced by British commercial systems and procedures they seek an individual who has demonstrable experience as lead commercial representative on projects either in the UK or overseas in excess of $50M.

Based in Baku, typical projects that my client undertakes include Mixed Use Resort, Luxury Hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants, High Rise Commercial and Residential Tower developments.

Candidate requirements

• The client is ideally seeking individuals with a relevant Degree qualification or RICS status.
• Must have a proven track record as the lead Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects in excess of $100M.
• Must have worked for recognised Main Contractors in the UK or Middle East.

This position will best suit an individual willing to work on Single or Married status only. (Due to the cost of schooling it is not financially viable for a family to travel as my client do not pay this benefit).

If you have the necessary experience then in return a remuneration package as detailed below will be offered

For the right person with all required experience my client can offer a Tax Free basic salary of $9,000-10,000 per month + Housing allowance (sufficient to rent a fully furnished 2- bed apartment in City Centre) + Car Allowance +25 days holiday + x2 flights to point of origin
