Senior Registered Architect / New Zealand

As a part of this company’s growth strategy they’re currently seeking an experienced senior level Architect to join their Auckland based team.
This company is a multi-disciplined consultancy that offers architectural, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and engineering services. Within the architectural side of the business they have a close-knit team that is responsible for delivering a multitude of different projects.
Within this role you’ll be responsible for the mentoring of more junior level staff within the architectural side of the business whilst reporting into one of the directors who has an Architectural background. This vacancy has been created for future business growth and requires someone who’s got an outgoing, ambitious personality that wants to build new client relationships.
We’re seeking the following attributes:

• 7 to 12 years’ experience within an architectural capacity for a consultancy based in New Zealand
• A relevant tertiary qualification or similar
• Proven experience creating long-lasting relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders
• A business development/entrepreneurial mindset where winning new business is a passion
