Engineering Superintendent
We are working with a world-leading operator in Central Asia on an exciting opportunity to work as Engineering Superintendent, reporting to the Concentrator Director. Working on a fly in fly out basis, with a rotation of either 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, this positions offers an attractive ex-pat salary and benefits package.
Overview:
•Facilitate, conduct studies and define plans to manage issues with industrial processes and management systems.
•Ensure smooth operation, proper maintenance, repair and modernization of mechanical systems and support facilities.
•Provide positive leadership to the workforce and promote adherence to safety policies.
•Support daily, weekly and monthly planning of maintenance work and activities.
•Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues to meet plant efficiency goals.
Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
•5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical or Maintenance Engineer, in Fixed Plant Ore Processing.
•Familiar with process control systems and electrical infrastructure
•Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and specifications
•Experience with RCFA and process optimization practices
