Currently looking to talk to Associates looking for the opportunity to join an award-winning Consultancy specialising within the Infrastructure, drainage and highways industries.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 year's experience, with a relevant degree and experience managing a team within the transport and infrastructure industries. You will be a part of a growing team with the responsibilities of coaching your team and getting the most out of them whilst managing clients and future opportunities.

Given the seniority of the role, this position is taken seriously, and the successful candidate will be looked after and rewarded rightfully.

Some responsibilities will include;

• Leading, managing and growing the Engineering discipline
• Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities
• Look to grow the group on the back of new and repeat clients
• Be responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target
• Represent the company at external meetings with clients and fellow professionals
• Be responsible for delivering work to a pre-agreed budget
• Project profitability
• Responsible for negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees
