Technical Trainer / Australia

On offer is an outstanding opportunity to join a world leader in the oil and gas industry. As a result of recent growth, this multinational has a requirement for an experienced Technical Trainer to work from a major asset site, in the Gippsland region. 

We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for training in the oil and gas sector. You will be developing technical training programs and helping others to develop skills that will make them better professionals. You will serve as key interfaces between training and competency curriculum subject matter experts, the broader training organization, and the respective governance councils responsible for the areas they are assigned to support.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, have previous hydrocarbons training experience and hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. You will be a confident public speaker and demonstrate leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work well in a team. 

This role will be offered on a long term contract basis with a market leading hourly rate provided. Ideally you will reside in or be prepared to relocate to the Gippsland region. A drive in, drive out roster may be negotiated for the successful candidate.
