Pump/Field Technician / Canada

We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas Industry. Our client, is currently seeking a Pump/Field Technician in Brooks, AB. The ideal candidate will be local to Brooks or be willing to relocate.

Role Details:

• Data entry, file management, safety and admin.
• Build new and repair reciprocating Bottom Hole Pumps, test Progressive Cavity Pumps and troubleshoot / repair various top drive components.
• Travel to/from oilfield locations.

Desired:

• Experience with MS Office / SAP / COR requirements.   
• Oilfield Experience in Artificial Lift.  
• Positive attitude and willing to learn all aspects of our expanding product lines.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED, mechanically inclined.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Monday – Friday plus regular on call shifts.
• Weekends & OT.  
• Medium physical duties.
