This is an excellent opportunity for to join the established team of this highly successful and well established regional contractor.
Role Purpose
To provide administration support to our contract teams at both pre and post contract stages. This will include assisting the pre- contract team in bidding for new projects and providing administration support to the onsite team working on our four year framework project in Mile End. Responsibility for ensuring the administration coordination and management of projects is professionally managed in accordance with key objectives that ensures customers are completely satisfied with their service.

Purpose
- To assist their bid team to prospect for new opportunities. Receiving, managing and coordinating tender enquiries in an organised and efficient manner.
- To assist their project team in Mile End on the administration of multiple projects at both pre and post contract stage.
- Maintenance of the company Approved Supply Chain database.
- To ensure that each project is managed efficiently with the appropriate transfer of information in time including proper liaison with the Consultant and Client team.
- To ensure that information is distributed in accordance with a defined matrix.
- To ensure information is distributed, filed and archived correctly.
- To ensure that company procedures are followed by all commercial and construction personnel.
- To assist the Directors with the ongoing development of company including the positive promotion of the company, finding and work winning, maintenance of company accreditations, staff development and company performance monitoring to improve customer focus.
Desirable Skills / Attributes
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel
- Excellent written English and numeracy skills
- Team-player, willing to assist others when required.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Confident telephone manner
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Good under pressure, working to deadlines
- Ability to prioritise workload from different directors
