Rock / Geotechnical Engineer - Gold Mining Company / Qatar

Rock/Geotechnical Engineer-based in the Middle East
We are looking for a Rock/Geotechnical Engineer to join a Gold Mining company in a great location. The role is a Residential role with an industry competitive net package paid in USD.
You will have experience of:-
·Working on underground Gold Mines executing and monitoring daily plans
·Review and discuss geotechnical and technical data
·Supervise the daily performance of the mine contractor to ensure safety operations and required ore production

The qualifying candidate will ideally have:
·A degree in Mining Engineering.
·Underground Gold Experience
·Minimum of 10 years' experience
·Specialised knowledge in SURPAC, AutoCAD and Spreadsheet software
·Ability to problem solve and have excellent report writing skills

Package:
• USD salary
• 40 hour working week Sunday-Thursday
• 25 days leave + 13 days Public Holidays
• Residential package on a secure compound with excellent facilities plus schooling paid for
