Description

  • Assist the line management in QA, Risk and HSE queries
  • Strengthen and further develop the project`s quality management system. Ensure follow-up, maintenance and development of the project quality and HSE management system in accordance with the company`s overall management system and client requirements
  • Assist all disciplines with preparation and implementation of work processes, checklists and client specifications
  • Contribute to strengthening understanding of how official and other relevant requirements influence and regulate the company`s work processes
  • Plan, carry out and follow up project audits, both internal and external (supplier audits)
  • Follow up of the non-conformance and incident reporting system
  • Participate in daily meetings with onshore/offshore organization and familiarization meeting (“utreisemøter”) for personnel travelling offshore
  • Follow up of activities in the project`s HSE & QA plans
  • Report HSE&QA KPI's and other relevant issues on a monthly basis
  • Support the project with quality, risk and HSE management expertise and ensure the transfer of experience throughout the project life
  • Assist the project management task force in establishing and implementing the Project Manual, Quality and HSE Plan in SIW

Requirements

Qualifications

  • ISO 9001 course
  • Experience in use of Incident follow-up system (e.g. Synergi)
  • Work experience from the oil and gas industry
  • Communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
