Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader – Shifts (days and nights) – Newbury - £41,600

With a solid reputation in developing their staff, boasting a list of higher level management that have worked their way up through the ranks, one of the UK's leading manufacturers within heavy industry are looking for a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader to join their site in Newbury.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the site electrical plant and equipment
• Overseeing a team of 4 electrical technicians
• Carry out preventative maintenance and installation on equipment
• Development and implementing ongoing plant improvements including capital projects
• Development of electrical technicians training and appraisals

Requirements

• Apprentice trained in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team
• Experience and knowledge of all electrical maintenance and equipment
• PLC experience and ability to fault find
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Good understand of health and safety
• Willing to work shifts (days and nights)
