Immediate requirement for residential role for a senior property manager to work for a major Oil & Gas Operator in Port Moresby. This is an opportunity to be apart of the team on one of the largest projects in the APAC region with a global supermajor.
Role will include :
o To administer housing (searching, leasing and allocations of houses and serviced apartment for expatriates) and maintenance and housekeeping services at offices via property managements
o To administer and maintain services quality (stationaries, pantry items, home kits provisioning) at the best cost
o To allocate offices, meeting rooms, work spaces, archive rooms
o To optimize the storage and the cleanliness of all General Services & IST storage rooms
? Complementary various activities
o To ensure the welcoming and comfortable settlement of the newcomers
o To ensure the management and inventory of the files, assets and spare parts
o To ensure the daily administration of the personnel under GS (time sheets, planning, vacation, absences, annual talks/campaigns)
o To manage the mobiles and CUG fleet in liaise with Digicel and BMobile providers
Function and level of responsibility
o To direct and coordinate the activities of the entity and to ensure the good adequation with the needs for lodged for a concern of good quality and control of the costs
o To coordinate the activity of the subcontracted companies
o To promote and control implementation of HSE rules and procedures in line with company policy regarding safety, security, health and environment as RSES Deputy
To be considered for this role you should have :
- Senior property management experience, minimum 8 years post grad roles
-Technical knowledge and experience
- Impeccable organization skills
-Cost control experience
-Budget management skills
-Tertiary qualification in Building or engineering
