Offshore / Subsea Pipeline to be installed with S-lay method. From sheltered waters to open sea n WD<100m. Extensive subsea excavation and rock dumping scope. Preparation phase with detailed engineering requires hands-on commitment. Onshore/offshore execution requires Team Player with HSE and quality focus with good down/up communication ability.

Description

• You will coordinate HSE plan at project level, in accordance with project requirements.
• Based from the project office it is your responsibility to support HSE in the project at all project work sites including office(s), fabrication yards, marshalling areas and offshore onboard vessels.
• You will manage & report contractors HSE statistics & foreward looking KPI 
• You will drive lessons learned processes and coordinate site HSE Coordinators and Lead HSE Auditor. 
• You will drive  establishment of best practice HSE and continuous improvement  HSE Systems
• You will drive  establishment of best practice QAQC and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Preferably minimum 8 years of Offshore / Subsea experience as  QHSE Manager / Construction Manager role
• BSC. Engineering  or equivalent work work experience in the field Offshore construction vessel HSE Management
• You have experience with Offshore Pipelay HSE and Offshore diving HSE
• Necessary Key qualities HSE Leadership, Contract HSE Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership
• MS/office, MS/Project
• Proactive engagement regarding other assigned tasks
• Active engagement to develop open communication & business culture
