Description

- Serve as Senior Instrument & Control Engineer in the facilities project organisation, ensure good contact with Contractors,Suppliers/Vendors and other stakeholders.

- Provide input to concept level philosophy documents and follow up Instrument & Control Studies

- Ensure all project deliveries are carried out in accordance with NORSOK specifications, Norwegian regulations and other defined practices and management system

- Secure interfaces towards other areas/contractors are addressed properly and managed in the PIMS interface register

- Follow up project Digitalization development strategy.

Requirements

Education: Other

Subject of education: Bachelor Degree qualified in relevant discipline

Relevant professional experience: 10-15 years

Other:

- Track record in a major greenfield developments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

- In depth knowledge of Norwegian facilities regulations and associated industry standards.

- Direct experience in the Concept Select phase of a major greenfield development.

- Experience of start up and operations of a new build FPSO facility.

- Experience from execution sites outside of Norway would be advantageous

- In depth knowledge of the contractor and supply market for Subsea and Floating Production

-Strong communication skills – oral and written. Norwegian language an advantage but not essential.

- Self-driven, honest, positive and committed attitude, highly organised and resilient

- Ability to work well in a team

- Computer skills (PIMPS, NAVIS 3D, Auto-CAD, Microsoft)

- The position will require some travel activity
