PRO Integration Engineer

The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE rules within his area of responsibility.

The job holder is accountable for the following activities during AB-PRO project execution:

• Ensuring early-tie ins and integration works definition to the required level during FEED
• Ensure close coordination and interfacing with other entities during FEED and EPCIC stage to identify any clashes/conflicts
• Prepare all EPCIC execution phases in particular offshore works with regards to
  • Defining scope, procedures, work statements for Integration Works
  • Coordinate with EPCIC (MP FOPS, E&C) entities regarding SIMOPS readiness
  • Minimize Shut Down work and optimize offshore Integrations Works duration
  • Supervise and follow-up EPCIC contractors on Integration Works throughout all phases
• Report and liaise with AB-PRO Topside Package Lead and Integration Manager as needed

• Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms bridge linked to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines and field wide debottlenecking of produced water treatment systems. Projects will require complex interfaces with other entities.
• EPCIC execution shall take place at Contractor premises,
• Possibility of multiple worldwide missions or relocations to follow-up engineering development and EPCIC execution with various contractors.
• Interfacing with other entities to properly and timely define the integration projects scope of works.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering,
• Experience: At least 15 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 10 years' experience as Construction/Piping/Project Engineer
• Experience of similar project during construction phase at yard will be a plus.
• Experience within a project team: At least 5 years' experience within large multinational taskforce team environment,
• Track records of offshore brownfield projects,
• Experience in offshore facilities at conceptual and pre-FEED stage is a plus.
• Available for technical missions worldwide,
• Familiar with Total General Specifications, Prodom, and other relevant international codes and standards,
• Language: Fluent English,
• Computer literate,
• Good leadership skills and good communication skills,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
• Good analytical skills,
• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
