MEP Quantity Surveyor (Senior or Associate) / England

Location: Manchester
Region: UK-England-North West
Salary / Rate: £50000 to £70000 per annum + pension, RICS fees, health insurance etc.

THE ROLE

I am now seeking an MEP Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level to join a firm of construction consultants in Manchester.

You will be able to work on a good range of projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, aviation etc.

You will work on both pre contract and post contract work.

THE CLIENT

My client is a large firm of multi disciplinary construction consultants providing a range of commercial, project management and building surveying services for clients in the public and private sectors from offices based worldwide.

They are working on a range of high value projects.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering or similar subject.

Ideally you will be MRICS or MCIBSE or similarly qualified.

You must have strong technical skills and have a good overall understanding of Mechanical & Electrical services.

You should have experience of both pre and post contract work including feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and all post contract services.

Any experience of working on warehousing / logistics buildings would be useful.

You will need excellent client facing experience and stakeholder management with a view to further developing client accounts.

Salary is highly negotiable plus car allowance, pension, professional fees, health insurance etc.
