Location: UAE

Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 AED all-inclusive per month depending on experience

My client is a hugely successful Construction company with a wide portfolio of impressive, innovative and sustainable projects.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Project Manager for a major build project who is highly skilled in coordination, budgeting and supervising large and major build projects from start to finish. You will provide necessary support and advisory services to operations whilst assuring the quality deliverables on construction, supporting new innovative projects.

Your duties will include:

• Managing and coordinating the project.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders including; the consultants, architects and internal operation team.
• Ensure the smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Preparation and monitoring of; cost estimations, budgets, resource allocation, and timetables.
• Ensure that the team are delivering.
• demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
• Provide onsite support.

Ideal Qualifications include:

• Degree: in a relevant subject with an impressive multi-disciplined background.
• 10 years or above relevant experience such as managing a major project.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative and proactive attitude with the desire to deliver.
• Fantastic references from a previous project.
