Project Manager – Residential / England

A leading residential developer are looking to secure a Project Manager to deliver a 70 unit scheme in the Aylesbury area. This business has a key focus on quality and customer care, requiring a business-like approach.
This company already have a progression plan in place for the chosen candidate. You will initially take on this site and as other projects come along you will advance in to a Contracts Manager role, handing your current project over and getting involved from pre-construction through to handover on multiple sites.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Developer
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Good knowledge of all aspects from pre-construction and planning through to Customer Care.

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to construction
