This is a fantastic opportunity to have a lead role on one of the most technologically advanced manufacturing locations in Europe.

Our top tier client is a global leader in design, engineering and construction, who work with the most technically demanding customers in growth industries such as life sciences and data centres, delivering high-tech facilities, plants and factories. They are urgently looking for a Lead Civil Engineer to work on a £1bn+ project in Ireland.

They are seeking candidates with the following:

• Degree in civil or structural engineering, construction management or related field
• Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience
• Experience in order processing and assembly of pharmaceutical, biotechnological or chemical plants
• Proven ability to lead a Project team across multiple packages of works
• Structured and reliable operation, readiness to work as well as strong communication skills

Reporting into the Project Director, responsibilities will include:

• Order processing for buildings within pharmaceutical plants, high-tech plants, data centres and chemical plants
• Preparation of settlement documents such as calculations, plans and drawings
• Creation, implementation and tracking of project development strategies
• Creation of specifications and tender documents
• Assessment, clarification, negotiation, management and follow-up of subcontractors in the field of construction
• Management and leadership of project teams during project execution
• Creation of expiration schedules for order processing and assembly
