Project Director - Major Hospital Construction / Oman

Our Client is a highly successful International Construction Group who have been involved in numerous prestigious projects built within the region over the past thirty years. Due to continued success and the award of a number of major contracts, they are now poised to enter an exciting phase of expansion.

To ensure the efficient delivery of these contracts, the company is looking to appoint a Project Director who will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction of a major hospital in Oman.

Along with an industry related qualification, you must have demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager or Director for recognisable main contractors, delivering large and complex building projects. Experience delivering at least one hospital project from start to finish in a Project Manager/Director capacity is an important pre-requisite.
Prior overseas experience, particularly in the Middle East, is advantageous.

The successful candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Project Manager/Director on hospital / healthcare projects.
• A construction related degree.
• A strong, stable career history working for blue chip main contractors.
