Salary: Approx. 18,000 USD per month depending on experience

My client is a hugely successful Construction Contractor in Asia with a wide portfolio of impressive, innovative and high-profile projects.

You will need exceptional interpersonal, representational and leadership skills - demonstrating gravitas. They are looking to recruit a highly experienced Quality Assurance leader who is highly skilled in overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing quality processes to ensure that quality goals are met. You will be the key point of contact for all Quality Assurance aspects of releases, providing QA services coordinating QA resources and developing relationships with the internal team and clients.

Your duties will include:

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Present process to the clients and Build strong relationships with stakeholders including; the consultants, designers and internal operation team.
• Managing a team on site
• Ensure the smooth execution and delivery of the project in respect to Quality assurance.

Ideal Qualifications include:

• Degree: or equivalent in relevant subject
• 15 years or above experience managing large scale projects as an outstanding QA leader
• Experience in managing and exceeding expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative and proactive attitude with the desire to deliver.
• International experience.
• Would have worked for a leading main contractor.
