Heavy Duty Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor - based in DCR
Our client requires a Heavy Duty Vehicle (HDV) Supervisor responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet across the site to ensure that company standards are implements to ensure the reliability and integrity of the fleet
Essential Functions
• Ensure maintenance activities involving HDV's (buses, tipper trucks, graders, compactors, water bowsers etc) are carried out effectively and on time to ensure availability and the integrity of the fleet
• Ensure maintenance is carried out according to standard operations
• Ensure that inspections are done in accordance with standards
• Over inspections on machines are carried to identify works required
• All job cards are completed, reviewed and returned to the planning department for close out
• All workshop facilities are compliant to environmental standards and control hazardous materials and hydrocarbons as per the companies policy
• Conduct performance assessments periodically
• Ensure daily safety talks/meetings are held
• Mange the day to day scheduling of the workload as required to meet targets and complete works orders on times
Essential requirements
• Sound understanding and knowledge of HDV's
• Proficient in business workflow management software such as AMT or Pronto, SAP, Oracle etc
• 5-7 years experience in HDV maintenance workshop management
• Experience in working in multi-national diverse workforce team management
• Certificate or trade qualification in vehicle maintenance or similar
This position is offering an excellent $USD package and will be on a FIFO rota
