Description

• Be responsible for all subsea control system related activities and deliverables of the subsea scope, and focal point for the project in the area of expertise
• Understand the project requirements and develop work scopes and associated plans and budgets 
• Lead, organize and coordinate technical activities related to the subsea control system 
• Follow up awarded studies with contractors during Select phase in order to optimize value for company and the project Partnership
• Ensure all project deliveries are carried out in accordance with Norwegian regulations, NORSOK specifications and other defined practices and management system 
• Identify SCS technology requirements and follow up TQPs 
• Secure interfaces towards other disciplines are addressed properly and managed in PIMS interface register 
• Plan ramp-up of the subsea discipline in close cooperation with the Senior Subsea 
• Lead for upcoming project phases

Requirements

• Master degree in in Engineering with focus on Automation/Cybernetics or other relevant engineering discipline
• At least 10 years experience in the area of subsea control systems from front end design as well as construction, installation and commissioning phases in a multi-disciplinary environment
• In depth knowledge of the contractor and supplier market for subsea control system components and proven liaison with contractors and suppliers from previous subsea projects 
• In depth knowledge of provisions set by PSA and other applicable Norwegian authority provisions and requirements
• Self-driven, positive and committed attitude with excellent interpersonal
