Project Manager - High-Rise Construction / Australia

We have an opportunity with a construction contractor who are growing from strength to strength, year on year. Due to project demand and growth we are now recruiting a Project Manager who has experience delivering high-rose projects such as apartments, hotels, multi-use developments.

Your role will be to assist the Construction Manager on the day to day management of projects within high-rise construction.  In depth knowledge of design phases and construction methods is critical for this position.  You will be liaising daily with stake holders, design consultants and construction team to provide a first class service to your clients’ requirements.

To be successful in this role you need extensive high-rise experience in Perth in a management position. Along with it, you must be efficient in time management along with a deep understanding of the industry especially in industrial / commercial construction. Your negotiation skills must be second to none and should be able to liaise with clients in a reliable and professional manner.
