Quantity Surveyor / England

Our client is one of the best known and most highly respected Contractors within London and South East. They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Managing Quantity Surveyor on a £52m mixed use residential scheme in Newbury.

The person must be accountable for aspects of surveying and commercial site functions on the project.
 
Quantity Surveyor key accountabilities:-
 

• Placing sub contract orders. Plus the commercial control of sub-contract packages. 
• Alongside the Managing Quantity Surveyor preparing interim valuations and CVR’s. Including maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management.
