Description

The incumbent will be accountable for:

• Top Quartile delivery of engineering, from feasibility to operation, to a portfolio of company projects.
• Ensuring that all deliverables associated with the discipline meet minimum safety, technical and quality requirements and that risks are managed in a cost-effective way.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships within projects and operations
• Engaging with the companies global discipline network to secure and share technical support
• Staying abreast of and implementing new technology
• Using and maintaining appropriate industry and company standards
• HSSE management and quality assurance skills Competences required: 
• Field Engineering / Construction- / Asset- Support 
• Manage Design activities during various stages of project • Develop, design, specify, evaluate pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other process equipment 
• Piping and valve systems design 
• Design, select , evaluate utility & HVAC systems 
• Design, specify and evaluate Plot plans and equipment & piping arrangement • Design, Select, specify and Evaluate Flare & Relief Systems 
• Static Equipment Engineering Standards and Best Practices • Evaluate and Troubleshoot Unfired & Fired Heat Transfer Equipment including Furnaces, Boilers, Heat Exchangers & others 
• Design, select , trouble shoot Storage Vessels 
• Equipment Integrity and Fitness For Service 
• Investigation of Equipment / Piping Failure 
• Materials of Construction 
• Welding Systems & Specifications

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• Discipline and Project engineering skills & accreditation
• 
  
• HSSE management and quality assurance skills Competences required:
