Site Project Manager / England

A well-established family owned UK Main Contractor based in High Wycombe are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their successful team. My client has a variety of exciting projects that the successful applicant will be looking after. 

The types of projects my clients work on are High End Refurbishment and New Build schemes predominantly in the Residential sector located in London.

My client is looking for someone who has the following: Minimum 2 years’ experience as contracts manager or project manager with sole responsibility for multiple residential refurbs in the range of £500k - £5M, proven experience of profit and cost control and managing budgets. excellent technical knowledge of typical UK residential construction, ability to create and implement procedures to improve workflow efficiency giving existing PMs more tools to work with, excellent organisation, attention to detail and program management, comfortable learning new software tools and workflows, polish language speaker.
