Contracts Manager / England

A well-established small sized UK Main Contractor based in West Hampstead are currently looking for a Contracts Manager.

The types of projects my clients work on are predominantly in the Residential, Retail and Commercial sector. They tend to get involved in the building, joinery and decoration of projects.

My Client are a very well-established company within the construction industry, with a very good reputation. They are ideally looking for someone who can do the following: Manager a team, client and design team facing from time and time, ability to do emails/admin/read drawings, assist estimators and surveyors within office. A carpentry background would also be preferable but not essential.

Due to my client being a small sized. Main Contractor this means that they are also a tightknit company.
