Our client, a global oilfield services company, is currently looking for a North Sea Field Service Planner for approx 1 year contract role based in Aberdeen. 

Responsibilities: 

•             Inputting all projects and work requirements to allow the correct utilisation and assignment of manpower

•             Running reports on manpower requirements v’s work load to ensure correct manning level and provide visibility on shortfalls and future recruitment needs to support upcoming projects.

•             Running utilisation for management and Corporate feedback.

•             Inputting and co- ordinating Service personnel holidays to ensure minimum disruption to operations due to potential clashes.

•             Inputting FSOs, a key part to the invoicing process

•             Assist competence coordinator in competence module updating and planning available dates for attending relevant courses. Carry out verification on service technician competency per OPITO requirement

•             Input payroll and correct premiums for technician level

•             Complete expenses for invoicing.

•             Complete Utilisation for individual customers

•             PPE/medicals / certification / travel and General requests

•             Ability to work to deadlines.

•             Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.

•             Excellent problem solving ability.

•             Report writing skills are desirable.

•             PC skills to include, Excel, Word for detailed reporting.

•             Have the initiative & ability to work by themselves and as part of a team.

•             Commercial awareness.

•             Be a strong team player

•             Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, adjusts plans to meet changing needs
