THE ROLE
I am now seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who can work as a Senior Project Surveyor on a good variety of commercial and residential projects.
You will need to have around four years or more experience and be able to run your own projects or work as part of a team on the higher value projects.
You must have been working for a firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants and have good pre and post contract experience.

Our client is an international firm of multi disciplinary consultants working on projects across many sectors all around the world.
Their Dublin office has an increasing workload and a growing team working on various projects across the commercial, residential and other sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
I am now seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor ( preferably MRICS or similarly qualified) to join my client in Dublin.
You will join as a Senior Project Surveyor.
You should be able to run your own projects from inception to completion.
You will need to have a good Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar and you must have worked for another firm of private practice quantity surveyors or multi disciplinary consultants.
You will be involved in both Pre and Post Contract duties including Area Schedules, Measurement of Quantities, Entry onto Estimating software, Cost planning, tender documentation, tender evaluation, feasibility estimates, value engineering, risk management, post contract management, contract procurement, etc.
You should have good verbal skills to interact with clients and other professionals.
Ideally you will have worked on a variety of project types as this office is involved on commercial, residential, education and projects in other sectors.
