Estimator - Commercial & Residential / Australia

We are in partnership with a commercial construction company who work throughout all of Western Australia on projects up to $10m and residential projects. With a solid order book and tenders flowing through the door they are now looking to bolster their team with an experienced Estimator.

Within your new role you’ll be responsible for end to end estimating on both commercial and residential projects up to $10m.  Working closely with company management your duties will include but not be limited to preparing full bills of quantities and take-offs, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers & preparation of purchase orders.

You will be the sort of person who prides themselves on your work as well as the ability to deliver all tasks at a high sense of urgency. Enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail would be a strong point of your personality.  Previous experience estimating in remote regions would be looked on favourably.

PLEASE NOTE – this is a Perth based role and you must have local experience to be considered.
