Construction Manager - Tier 2 Contractor / New Zealand

This close-knit Tier 2 Contractor is actively seeking an experienced construction professional that’s operating at Senior Project Management or Contract Management level to continue the growth of this North Shore based company.

The Role
Within this role you’ll be reporting in to the Construction Director and have several Project Managers reporting into you, you’ll be responsible for making these projects run successful with a heavy focus on the preconstruction phases.  
We’re seeking:

• A minimum of 15 years’ experience within the construction industry
• A relevant tertiary degree or qualification
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects up to the value of $50 million
• An outgoing personality and the ability to create long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
