As an integral part of the Logistics Operations Coordination Planning Team, the Logistics Asset Planner (LAP), will work directly with the Logistics delivery team planners (embedded within each of Logistics' delivery teams). The LAP will schedule and plan the transportation of modules and associated material/equipment (including ship loose and carry over as necessary) to harmonize with the Fabrication output and to meet the Construction demand, utilizing Heavy Transport ocean vessels, the Module Carrying Vessels (MCVs) and barges of the Russian Inland Waterway System (RIWS) and Caspian fleet, and/or any other transportation/equipment as necessary.

- Alignment with the Ocean Planner for the scheduling of the chartered ocean vessels, ensuring the timely supply to both Southern and Northern Trans-Shipment Bases.
- Alignment with the TSB planners, assisting with scheduling the flow of modules through the Transshipment Bases.
- Alignment with the RIWS Planner for the scheduling of RIWS vessels and barges, ensuring the timely supply from both Southern and Northern Transshipment Bases and onward Transit to the Cargo Offloading Facility
- Alignment with the Caspian Marine Team for the timely delivery of the modular pipe racks (PARs) from the facilities to CaTRo.
- Alignment with the Project Freight Forwarding (PFF) Teams for the scheduling of the Super Out of Gauge items and ship-loose materials for delivery to CaTRo.
- Alignment with CaTRo Planning to ensure timely and synchronised arrival, offloading, storage and onward Transit through CaTRo
- Championing Quality and Safety within the Logistics Planning Team.
- Interpretation of the Arena Modelling Tool output to support scheduling.
- Provision of management information to support leadership planning activity.

- Critical requirement: Planning and schedule development and implementation using a multiple of mediums.
- Critical requirement: Demonstrable project experience/management in a large-scale Project logistics environment.
- Required: Communication skills – high standard of written/verbal (both in person and with others not in the same geographic location).
- Required: Ability to communicate schedules, plans, analysis, findings and detailed information to Management through concise written reports and clear verbal/visual presentations.
- Required: Highly competent in MS Office Packages – in particular, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience on a major O & G project / environment desirable but not critical.
- Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK.
- Must be able to travel internationally at short notice for extended periods.
