Fixed Plant Reliability Supervisor / Nigeria

2 x Fixed Plant Reliability Supervisors - based in West Africa- $USD competative salary

We require 2 Mobile Fleet Reliability Supervisors for our client based in West Africa, you will be responsible for the delivery of services to ensure improving the overall condition monitoring maturity across the mobile plant.

Essential Functions

Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent in the Engineering Department duties will include:-

• Provide, delivery & manage proactive reliability maintenance services through Technologies (vibration, thermography, lubrication, motor & current signature analysis, ultrasonic and acoustic emission testing)
• Ensure zero defect objectives & safety, customer satisfaction and reaching agreed KPI's
• Continual improvement strategies and initiatives for condition monitoring
• Monitor and review operational performance in condition monitoring and equipment health across plant
• Provide high level advice, support & coaching
• Operations & Service Delivery
• People Management
• Safety Health & environment
• Condition Monitoring & Reliability processes

Essential Experience

• Technical engineering trade or equivalent qualification
• At least 3-5 years in condition monitoring management role in an operational environment
• Delivering services across multiple departments in a collaborative forum with end users
• 5 Years experience in delivery of services within challenging operational environments
• Responsible for direct reports

This position is offering an excellent $USD package and will be on a FIFO rota
