Senior Quantity Surveyor – Regional Developer / England

A Developer who are still new to the market are looking to secure a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis for an office-based role in Sandwich. Specialising in the private housing sectors they are considered one of most up and coming companies in this field.
 
This company have multiple live projects and many more in planning despite not being a household name, yet. You will be joining a successful Commercial team who are presently managing over £50m of projects, with a view of that doubling this year.
 
This company have a clear vision and would suit someone who wants a career. All training will be given and the opportunities to move forwards will be in your hands. With the stage this business is at, you will have an opportunity like no other.
 
The ideal candidate must have,

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS with an developer
• Strong computer skills
• Organisational skills

 
It would be an advantage to have/be,

• Further education related to the role such as a Commercial management degree.
• Within 1 hour of the office.
