Mechanical Contracts Manager / England

A well established contractor is looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager to work on commercial contracts in the rail and education sectors.
 
This key appointment demands an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Manager, with the ability to control the performance of specialist M&E package contractors. Typical sizes of projects are up to £2m in value.  You will have a proven track record working for MEP building services contractors
 
The Mechanical Contracts Manager will have a good all round technical knowledge of mechanical services and be able to communicate his requirements to a labour force including subcontractors. Pipe fitting and boiler fitter background is essential.
 
Close co-ordination will be required with all aspects of the MEP services the onsite construction team to produce a high standard of workmanship and finish.
 
You will have a full understanding of all construction health and safety regulations and possess a CSCS card.
