Product Specialist-Phosphate & Fertilizer Expert-based in Saudi Arabia

Phosphate & Fertilizer expert required to initiate and undertake a variety of activities in Product Development. Co-ordinating with the Marketing/Sales teams including product analyst, identify new product opportunities, develop studies for new product development and process monitoring during the product life cycle until market induction.


Role Overview:

• Research the industry, events and publications identifying trends in terms of phosphate products
• Keep ahead of new concepts/products in the phosphate markets and any up days on the changes in market
• manage contacts and relationships with all relevant stakeholders
• Supervise field tests
• Define the product development strategy
• Ensure project development is adapted
• Manage the entire product portfolio life cycle
• Identify Risk and maintain risk matrix
• Qualative assessment of support to Marketing decisions

Requirements:

• Batchelors Degree in Agronomy
• +10 years experience of working in Phosphates and Fertilizers

Strong analytical skills in

• Statistics
• Financial
• Fluent speaking and writing english
• Business intelligent skills

Package:

• USD salary
• 40 hour working week Sunday-Thursday
• 25 days leave + 13 days Public Holidays
• Residential package on a secure compound with excellent facilities plus schooling fees paid for
