As a materials and corrosion engineer, with a particular expertise in the field of metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steels, nickel base alloys), you will have to bring your support within the materials and welding discipline to other services (projects, engineering, quality) for topics related to the mechanical, metallurgical, and corrosion properties of metallic materials.
Duties:
o Write material specifications for tubes, forgings, and elbows.
o Choose materials according to the corrosive environment and project constraints.
o Be the preferred contact for project teams and tenders for topics related to materials and corrosion.
o Support quality and SCM departments for supplier qualification.
o Be the company representative to customers and suppliers for material and corrosion related topics.
o Review and validate supplier procedures.
2. Profile:
Engineer in materials / metallurgy with 5 years of experience.
You are autonomous with good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer satisfaction.
You have experience in pipeline procurement, forgings and bends
