A leading worldwide Oil & Gas operator is looking to recruit HSE Management System Coordinators on a long-term contract / consultant basis in Algeria

Rotation Schedule: 28x28
Required: ASAP

Job Summary
·This position will support operations in issues relating to HSE Management Systems and will have responsibility for the development, training and rollout of a Process Safety Management system for the respective site.
·The position will work in collaboration with the HSE teams at all sites as well as the operations and Engineering teams at the field sites to do this.
·The position will report to the Field Manager at each location.

Experience
·Extensive operations/HSE experience in petroleum or petrochemical industry is required.
·Significant experience directly related to Process Safety Management (PSM) Systems development is required.
·Some onsite operations experience is preferred.
·Expert knowledge of Process Safety methodologies and techniques (e.g. HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, Bow-Ties)
·Experience with "Brown field" modifications.
·Ability and desire to work in remote location(s)
·Capability and flexibility to work independently.
·Bilingual in French and English preferred. Fluency in one or the other is required.

Education
·Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or another related field required.
