Description
- Establish detailed SPS and SURF schedules for studies and execute projects. Expedite and drive the schedule input as required.
- Maintain overall schedule covering ongoing and upcoming studies and MLC Agreements/execute projects (Alliance Master Schedule/Integrated schedule)
- Establish and maintain planning procedure/supporting document in the AEM.
- Interface with the respective parties, including Aker BP Planning Supervisor Manager (Owner of WBS)
- Support other commercial resources involved in the studies and execute projects including PSM, SCM, Estimators and Cost Controllers
- Establish and structure CTR codes aligned with agreed standard WBS.
- Assist Project Services Manager/PSM and Project Engineering Manager/PEM with establishing CTR tracker for budgeting and reporting purpose.
- Establish and maintain resource plans (MPP)
- Provide regular reports on actual hours and progress vs planned, for Alliance/SC and external stakeholders.
- Interface with SCM function to have updated procurement activities in schedules.
- Interlink work packages in schedule.
- Develop and maintain Alliance WBS – Standardized product structure
- Support the development of MLC cost with input from each of the parties,
- Complete As-Built schedules, incl. offshore campaigns and perform operations planned vs actual analysis.
- Develop and maintain a Planning structure/method for the Alliance.
- Drive continuous improvement related to the planning function
Requirements
Education
- An engineering qualification to degree level is desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar senior/lead planning position (10yrs if no engineering qualification is possessed)
Experience
- Have an in-depth understanding of offshore development project execution methodology and the associated Decision Gate processes
- Be an advanced user of Industry Standard planning and scheduling software (Oracle Primavera, Safran etc)
- Have experience of building and running risk models using Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen or Safran Risk
