Program Manager - Global Engineering & Field Service

Location: Switzerland

Salary/ package: In the region of 130k CHF + bonus

Our client is a world leading OEM and service provider. This is a new role available due to company growth where they are looking for an ambitious Program Manager with experience of managing large projects with a strong understanding and focus on engineering.

This person will be responsible for creating the company's global and then regional engineering strategies.

Experience/ knowledge required:

• Fluent German and English - Written and verbal
• Consultancy background - Desirable
• Qualified to Degree level within a relevant subject
• Project Management qualification - Desirable
• Experience with leading large projects on a global scale in an industrial business environment
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects
• Strong engineering background

Responsibilities:

• Program management of strategic initiatives (focus on engineering service and field service globalization and localization)
• Push and support delivery of strategic initiatives in alignment with other initiatives
• Project management of globalization and localization projects
• Lead scope clarification (fit-gap analysis with global functions and subsidiaries)
• Responsible for project budget and timing, manage sub-projects etc.
• Enable globalization of processes and responsibilities
• Drive the development of global end-to-end processes
• Foster and ensure adoption of new processes and systems in subsidiaries
